Here are some of my favourite websites and products.

if I recommend a product in one of the recipes it's because at the time of posting, it is GF, however this can change so please always check the labels of any new ingredients you're adding to your diet & if in doubt, leave it out!

www.amisa.co.uk
I love Amisa for their organic, natural ingredients and great tasting products. proving the point that you don't have to choose between tasty food & healthy organic, healthy food.

www.dovesfarm.co.uk
As far as baking goes doves farm Gluten free self raising flour is the best and I've tried loads!  when I went GF I simply changed from wheat flour to this & no one ever noticed the difference. I actually think it makes better, lighter cakes than wheatflour.  Their organic GF biscuits are as good as any wheat biscuits.

www.realfoods.co.uk
I get my Amisa organic GF oats here. They have a great range of superfood powders, & I also buy raw ecstasy almond butter & maple walnuts here. I used to find nut butters heavy until someone recommended Raw ecstasy. The nuts are activated which means they sit much lighter in your belly &
are easier to digest. for more information check out www.rawecstasy.co.uk

www.ocado.com
I'm obsessed with ocado.  I love it!  they have a great range of GF products, in particular Clives gluten free pies which are completely delicious & organic.

www.ulula.co.uk   Don't be put off by the fact it appears to be just for babies! Click on growing up foods & your away. The rice bran nibbles & werz 4 grain rusks are brilliant for kids of any age!

www.purenature24.co.uk   The shnitzer organic Amaranth bread is great. It makes the best toast, & I love that's it's organic.  It is not soft & fluffy like eg Genius bread, but it's not like a brick like so many other organic brands. you can also get Werz products which are great.
