50g peanut butter (I used smooth)
100g chocolate (I used Belgian dark chocolate)
That's it. It's that simple!
for variations, you could use milk chocolate instead of dark ( tried, tested & loved) or you could try different nut butters. You could also add chopped nuts and/ or dried fruit.
1 Melt the dark chocolate over a pan of boiling water, as illustrated.
2 When the chocolate has melted, mix in the peanut butter. When it's all mixed together, put a sheet of greaseproof paper on a baking tray, and drop spoonfuls of the mix onto the paper in disc shapes.
(or if you have a chocolate mould, even better!)
3 Put in the fridge until they've set.
