These taste so divine,  you wouldn't believe how easy they are to make. 


50g peanut butter (I used smooth)
100g chocolate  (I used Belgian dark chocolate)


That's it. It's that simple!

for variations, you could use milk chocolate instead of dark ( tried, tested & loved) or you could try different nut butters. You could also add chopped nuts and/ or dried fruit.

1  Melt the dark chocolate over a pan of boiling water, as illustrated.


2  When the chocolate has melted, mix in the peanut butter. When it's all mixed together, put a sheet  of greaseproof paper on a baking tray, and drop spoonfuls of the mix onto the paper in disc shapes.
(or if you have a chocolate mould, even better!)

3  Put in the fridge until they've set.
